Porgandi mini-muffinid

Vaja läheb:
150 g jahu
150 g toasooja võid
50 g suhkrut
2  suuremat muna
150 g peeneks riivitud porgandit
küpsetuspulbrit
ja šokolaadi ruute glasuuriks

Sega toasoe või suhkruga, lisa toasoojad munad, vahusta. Sega hulka küpsetuspulber ja jahu. Viimasena lisa peeneks riivitud porgand.
Pane tainas mini-muffini vormidesse, küpseta 15 minutit 180°C juures. Pane šokolaadiruudud muffinitele peale, sulge ahi, küpseta veel 5 minutit. Välja võttes, määri sulanud šokolaad lusikaga muffinil laiali, lisa kaunistusi.

You will need:
150 g of  flour
150 g of soft butter
50 g  of sugar
2 large eggs
150 g of  finely grated carrot
baking powder
and chocolate squares for topping

Mix soft butter with sugar, add eggs and beat. Mix baking powder and flour into the mix. Lastly add finely grated carrot.
Put the mixture into the mini-muffin tray, bake 15 minutes at  180°C. Add chocolate squares on top of the muffins, bake another 5 minutes. When taking the tray out, smear the chocolate on the muffins with a spoon, add decorations.
